i get great reviews all the time yet airbnb say i am not meeting the requirements one day it tells me that my last 18 reviews were 5star then the next day it says my last 3 reviews were not meeting the required standered for super host what is going on i have never had a bad review

The messages are different, one speaks of number of stars, the other of general requirements. See requirement meters on your dashboard page and see what they are referring to.

@Anonymous, if you look at Airbnb menu, you will see the category "Stats". When you select it, at the end of the page you will see the "Superhost Status", where you can see your performance on all the requirements for being a Superhost.  

If you have received only 5-star reviews until now, you must see  5-star reviews 100%. However, the system delays some days to show the recent reviews on that dashboard.
