Hi,

a group who recently checked out from our property left it in an extremely dirty and untidy manner.

We are extremely upset by the state of the property. I am reluctant to leave a negative review on their profile but I would like to contact airbnb directly to inform them about this guests behaviour. Is this possible?

@Clíona0 that won't change anything. You should leave a negative but honest review so that other hosts are warned. Why are you reluctant?
