neighbor trying to prevent me running an airbnb

I am new to hosting and have to get a short term rental licence in louisville. My neighbour is trying to round up the neighbors to prevent me getting approved.  We have tried talking yo her and explain reasonable rules to her but she is very vocal in protesting. Any suggestions welcome

@Alan588   Every neighborhood in every city is different in terms of how an Air BNB listing fits the residential community.  I have a private room, so there is no impact on the neighborhood, but hosts of entire homes that can host unsupervised groups pose a greater impact to the residents.  Perhaps, talking with other neighbors rather than this particular neighbor would be a better tactic.
