Hi Margaret

BNB will promote your listing as a new host so hopefully this will attract the bookings you want.

After a few weeks/months you drop down the listings.

Think about the sort of guests you want to attract and the location you are based in and you can build a marketing plan to drive traffic to your listing.

If you like to blog or use social media, use that, join your local tourism organisation, partner with local hosts, partner with conference organisers....it really depends on your target audience.

Hi there...I would also suggest you need a few more photos of the bedroom from other angles, plust a photo or two of the private bathroom. At the moment it's a bit hard to know what you get for your money.

While I like the family photos, you may find that some people find that off putting as it feels like you are going to be forced into a social/fun gathering the moment you arrive! Some people like lots of interaction with hosts and others just want someplace quite to sleep - so I would think about both types of guest.
