I’ve just received an email about changes in  terms of servce fron 27th march 2019 what does it mean if you are hosting,  in simple terms?

The email contains a link to a page with some more explanation about the changes:

Maybe some hosts are going to read it all and explain it here in simple terms.

But on the other hand: if we do not accept the new terms, we are out of Airbnb business. So in fact we have to live with it, whatever they put in the terms,  or stop.

I am not going to read it all, it's too time consuming
