nightly prices

Hi Everyone,

I have smart pricing turned off, and have set extra charges for weekend nights. But some booking requests I've received didn't seem to acknowledge the extra charge for weekends. Say for example if someone booked from Thursday to Tuesday, the total price will be the nightly price x4 without the extra for the weekend nights. (I'm aware I have a weekly discount that applies)

Has this happened to anyone else? Or is there something I've not set right?

did you check that all settings are correct? No discounts? No early bird or last minute discounts?

Did you check your calendar, too, to make sure that are no prices on several days which were changed manually. If so, the standard rate and the weekend rates don't apply for those days.

When booking for a certain period, AirBnb shows the average price per day. So, if the weekend isn't much more higher than the regular price, and somenone ist booking for a longer period, the price effect of the weekend isn't significant at all. You might just see the difference in the details of the price calculation.
