no payment

I am frustrated at not being able to talk with a person at Air BnB.  No payment was sent in for my guests 4 days ago, and I cannot find a way to let them know.  How do you contact them?  The help page is no help at all!!!!!!!!

Good day, how to be sure that the payment was reserved after the booking was made? I was notified on one of the bookings that there was an issue with payment, however, the booking was still made.  Are all reservation checked on payment before conformation?  Regards, OXANA

Nice to meet you. I am sorry to hear your frustration with your payment here. 

 

Have you visited your 'Transaction History' on your Airbnb account to see what the status of your payment is. Also, depending upon your payment method, it can take a little longer for the payment to reach you, but I am sure you will receive it shortly. If your payment hasn't reached you in a couple of days time, here is a Community Guide (created by a host here in the CC) on the ways to contact the Support Team.
