I was due a payout on the 23 March, to date I have still not received this, I received an email from Airbnb confirming that the amount would be paid out via bank transfer, and should this not come through to contact Payoneer, I have been trying for three weeks to receive my payout all to no avail, I am desperate with the inefficient service from Airbnb and Payoneer, I have spoken and emailed, live chatted to 13 different people and just get pushed from pillar to post, I am a superhost and really disappointed with this situation, my guests have proof of them paying Airbnb and this situation is completely unacceptable, we are talking about a substantial amount of money as this was a 3 month let, the first two amounts were paid by bank transfer, I cannot get through to anyone in a decision making position at either company
@Kim36 Wow, that's very unusual. Of course I'm not in South Africa, nor do I use Payoneer so I can't give you any concrete advice. Have you been receiving other payments from Airbnb to your Payoneer account? Since you are a Super Host, have you tried contacting Airbnb through the Super Host phone line? Seems like Airbnb could put a trace on the transfer to see where the payment went.
@Kim36 I also had another thought. Have you checked your Payoneer payout account info in your account settings? Is it correct?
Hi Claire, Many thanks for your comments, the problem has been resolved, Payoneer provided the incorrect proof of payment, but all has now thankfully been sorted and the payout received.
