we did not get our payout and there is no response from Arbnb regarding the progress of the investigation. so what do we do now???
@Rolien1 could it be, that as a new host the 1st payouts are delayed by upto 30 days.

Have you completed the Exchange4free form thats required in South Africa before payouts are released.

If you have do not receive a response from Airbnb in a timely manner, you can always call Airbnb directly. Do not be afraid to use this.
