Thanks for sending me the screen shot. I understand there is a words "special offer" displayed there. I then checked all conversation between myself and the guest, either myself nor the guest requested special offer. I only Pre-approved guest's enquiry and guest then booked the flat. There was no "special offer" involved during the whole process. I have attached two screen shots to you, showing all conversations between me and the guest. Could you double check if there is any possibility that the system has made the mistake. Because I never offer special offer for this booking as the guest never asked for. Many thanks for your help and looking forward to hearing from you soon.
