dear all, I just get first paiment true paypal but  I can not take money. Is there any possibiity that airbnb send this money from paypal to airbnb Mastercard?

Do you mean the money has been deposited in your PayPal account?

If so, you will need to access your PayPal account and link a bank account to it so that you can withdraw the money.
