pay out message

Hi,

The last 2 guests that were staying in my home, Hakim ( already received the payment and Michael, not recieved yet the payment)  I did not recieve any email from AIRBNB regarding which day the money should arrive on mu bvank account.

Before I always received a message. Why now I do not receive any message anymore ? This is very annoying, I need to check like every day my account!

Also no message regarding the pay out of the damages the group of Hakim made in my villa. I just find out this morning after searching from who this amount was that the $620 equal to the received transfer of 20.442,88 THB was from AIRBNB! Very confusing. I receive daily amounts of rentals on my account so this is now really very annoying situation.
