My question is: Final sum is 640 BGL ~ 327 euro and it is not 352 euro. 25 euro less. Why does it happens?

Exchange rate which is usually lower then normal exchange rate.

I suggest you to choose pay out in EUR, that way you would get 352 EUR and exchange rate would not have effect on it.
