payment delay

I shoudl have received a payment on November 2nd but it's still not there. How can I do? It's already the second time that Airbnb did this to me. The payment was done 1 week or 2 later and only because I asked Airbnb what was going on. I don't like this.

Hello @Silvia159,

 

Other hosts on here can offer adivce on issues from their own experience but don't have access to anyone's or Airbnb's payment information. It seems that you already have the answer, as contacting Airbnb before produced a result.

 

Try contacting them again to get a result and also tell them that there's a failure in their system that results in late payments.

There's not much anyone here can do except say "I'm having the same problem" but that doens't help much.

OK. I presumed that you knew how to contact Airbnb as your initial request here says "The payment was done 1 week or 2 later and only because I asked Airbnb what was going on."

 

You'll find contact details in the first 2 or 3 posts that show in results when you use the "Search for anything" box on this help forum to search for "contact airbnb"
