I got in issue with my first payment, it was lost.
Technical support can not resolve my issue.
What can I do?
I assume the payout is in your Transaction History and it has a status.
How can a payout be "lost" ?
I see it in completed list, but did not get it on my bank account.
That is why I said it lost.
I have not received payment for my first guest yet either. I wonder if this is an ongoing Problem? My guest paid on September 18 and my account says I will be paid on Oct 18th. Why so long? Anyone have any experience with this?
I sent a request to technical support, but they pretend dump, just closed my ticket without resolution.
