payment not received

Almost a month now chatting with people and no one can help me!

I was told to contact payoneer and this is what they said :

Austin: Right now, the only funds we received from AirBnB for you is the $205.91

Austin: Which is currently on your prepaid debit card

Lance Coe: ok and the other ones set to payoneer that havnt been paid out?

Lance Coe: how can i get them to my bank account?

Austin: They were not sent to Payoneer

Austin: Right now your AirBnB payments are set up to go directly to the card you were issued.

Austin: You currently are not set up for the bank transfer service with Payoneer.

Lance Coe: but i received bank transfers for 2018

Austin: It was not through Payoneer

@Lance36  You have posted on a public host forum and your message is not getting to Air BNB.  Here is a guide for reaching Air BNB
