I am hosting for a guest who is staying since 9 of march, airbnb told me that my payment is made on 10 of march and i am supposed to have my payment on 17/18 but till today i am not getting it so i am scare not to have it. 

many time i ve ask with my bank but they told me that there is no issue, my bank could me help if i have the bank transfer receipt. i ve message to airbnb but still i could get help from help center. how could i get help and my payment as soon as possible. 

do anyone has any idea.

Thank for the reply. I know the transaction is done but here i am not getting the payment. my bank is asking me bank transfer slip. The slip that airbnb had done bank transfer on my name not this.

even i had called to airbnb in france for assistance but this now i have any call or any slip certificate or payment on my account. It has been several days that i m asking for the help still no action then how could i trust.

is there any way
