At the moment I can book all your 16 bedrooms for the price of one, you need to have a separate listing for each bedroom.

The guest pays airbnb before they stay and airbnb pays you 24hrs after they check in,  the guest you have now could have 10 people with him and only have paid for one person and nothing you can do about it.
