I have a booking with the detail information: Matty, 29th July-31th July with palm garden, $77.60 with number: **

I already check with my bank 2 times but they said: "No payment" in my account
I kindly inform my account information of the bank: Holder of account: **, Visa credit card, Number of account: ** from Military Commercial Joint Stock Bank in Viet Nam 
Could you tell me: Would you like to transfer follow this new account of bank above all ? 
Because I just updated my new account of bank at "PAYOUT PREFERENCE" a long time ago, I would love to remind you about my new up-dated account bank.
I am afraid you already transfered to the old account of the bank

Please, Could you give me a Proof – a list detail about transfer bank?
I hope this circumstance won't be again.

This is not Airbnb. It is a community of hosts and guests. Please delete your post as you have posted confidential information about your guests and your bank details.

 

If you want to speak to Airbnb have a look at the 'contact Airbnb' post at the top of the forum you are posting in. Or go into the booking confirmation for this guest and hit the contact Airbnb button.
