First off, I am so happy to have found airbnb. I have been a member since November last year and have made enough to cover my electricity and rates at my home.
Great service, systems work well and I am so impressed!
Just a small problem.
I recently had a guy stay here, bit phrenetic and irregular but nice enough. I haven't pasted a comment about him and prefer not to.
Trouble is he booked for 2 nights. It was confirmed. Then he booked for another 2 nights and I assumed it was confirmed. Then decided he wanted to stay yet another 2 nights. Which he did!
The problem is I have only been paid for 4 nights. I have recieved 2 payments for 2 nights each.
I have tried to find a contact desk for this query but cant seem to find one.
Maybe someone on here can point me in the right direction.
