Hi, actually this is a first case in my place. But it look like no sollution. Its been a week but I did not received my payout. I already chat with admin, but they only told the problem is on the guest.
I confused with airbnb system. What I know is, guest request can be approve if they finish their payment. In this case, my guest can extend their stay two times and I approve it, because no warn from airbnb that they didn't finish their payment. But, what happen is, till know no payout for me, and no sollution from airbnb. Anyone can help? Or have the same situation?
