hello, i am a host an new to airbnb. so i have not added payout method, i had a guest which said that he payed it by bank account. so how can i get that money? or what happens when i haven't got any payout method and will not add one

You must have a payout method, otherwise Airbnb can not pay you (the guests pay to airbnb at time of booking). More:
