Hi. We booked a 40 night stay and the reservation amount showed $2,200 but only $1,700 was our payout?  Not sure the discrepancy here and also how do we contact air bnb direct? Thanks.

You may have done this already but I'd check the percentage in your extended stay pricing. I booked a reservation for almost 40% less than my nightly rate. It was because the rate (7+ days) was automatically discounted. So if you haven't already, definitely check your settings

@Brad-And-Kendra0 In addition to what @Milton7 said, know that for long term stays such as this one, Airbnb charges the first 30 days at the time of booking and then charges the remaining 10 a month later.

Clare is absolutely correct. To confirm this, log in to the airbnb site in a web browser under your host account and from the 'Dashboard' select the tabs 

Account/Transaction History/Future Transactions

Where you should find a 'Pending Payout' for the final 10 days of their reservation.
