Can someone make sense of this?

Why is the first total $1397 instead of $1400?

AUDAirbnb Service Fee($42 AUD)
Total Payout$1355 AUD

Looks like currency conversion, @Taryn9. My listing is $50 Canadian dollars a night. Most often I get $49 less service charge, and the odd time I get $51. 

It happens whether or not your guest uses the same currency as you. Everything, as I understand it in the murky world of currencies, is converted to US then converted back.
