I can´t insert payout preferences - evrything is correct and no error message is received but it still asks me to update via mail...???

can´t seem to enter my payout preference. It dosen´t come out as an error just don´t update and then I´m ask again to insert.

When I try this on the app it states an error in the IBAN although this is correct (chekced several times)??

Based in Denmark...Can anyone help
