I have been an AirBNB host for several years and have just had the worst experience with guests trying it on and Air BNB not interested in my evidence or even supporting me. Despite loads of great reviews they just dont care and to add insult to injury want to deduct £400 from me! 

I have asked for someone to call - nonone has for 3 weeks now.

I have asked to submit my evidence - they have already made thier decision. 

Can anyone help?
