pre approval not working

I have pre-approved my guest for the dates she wants to stay. She has paid but has no way of confirming the booking.

The dates are showing as available in my calendar and I have not - and should not, since it's not confirmed yet, received any payment.

 

She is now worried about her payment. Where can I direct her?

if she payed and payment went through then the booking is made , you see it on your calendar, you get the notification of new booking, she get a receipt .

obviously she didn't pay or her payment didn't went through.

You don't have to do nothing, she can contact Airbnb (or her bank) and here is how she can do it:
