price difference

My invoice from Airbnb is different from my guests invoice.  My invoice is the correct one (its cheaper) but my guests one is more - we have shared screen shots and we cant work out what the problem is.  Neither invoice shows the refundable deposit (which even if factored in still does not come to the price of my guests overcharge - how do we sort this out ?

currently the difference is Roubles 

8 958,68 that the guest is being overcharged 

my deposit should be no more than 5 774 roubles 

But please note that this deposit does not show up on either invoice

@Zayd1 Security deposit is not charged at the moment of booking. Guests are charged a higher service fee than hosts. Hence the difference. Plus exchange rate of currencies.

Thanks.  Understand on security then - that part makes sence.  Its still incorrect.  We were haggling about the price and the price she was quoted on the system after i made changes to my pricing was what appears on MY invoice and she was charged a significantyly higher price.  The differential is too much.  Both our invoices are in roubles as I chnaged it to such to make the negotiation easier.  The invoices are completely different by a big margin.    Is there no way to sort this out ?
