hello  . we need help. we have price for sectember 35$ in a day but client see another low price  , how i can change this problem?

Yes, when I look at September, @Zaza14 , I see "New lower price!" 

Do you have smart pricing turned on? Go to Host -> Listing -> Pricing and check there for smart pricing, and whether you have any length-of-stay or early-bird discounts set.
