Hi, as new hosts, we have just hosted our third party and everything is going really well. Our overnight price is 50 euros and the first two payments arrived with a 2 € deduction each, which is as we expected. Our third party left yesterday and we have just had advice that the payment has been transferred. All good so far. Yet somehow, the overnight rate has gone down to 49 euros meaning the transfer amount is 1 € less. We have not changed any pricing on our listing. Has this happened to anyone else? Thanks for any input

Hey @Gail20. If the pricing changes by itself you might have turned on smart pricing. go to >manage your listings >calender and more >pricing settings. There you can tick off or on the smart pricing button. If you have it on, airbnb changes prices depending on season, availabilty, prices of other airbnbs near you etc. If you haven't checked the smart pricing box it might be a conversation rate thing if your guests have set their airbnb account to another currency than you have. Thanks for the info. Smart pricing button is off, so it could be the currency factor. Will wait to see what happens next time. Thanks once again and greetings from Germany!
