pricing in Currencies

Hi.  I have a potential guest that is really struggling with pricing on the site.  I am in the UK so my pricing for the property is in GBP.  She is living in France at the moment and so asked for a price in Euro's. I used a currency converter to give a GBP equivalent and sent a special offer.  I now find she is originally from the US and so the amount she is paying is showing on my site as US $.

So its a bit of a mess.  I have now sent 3 different special offers to get her to the price that we agree that she should pay, but each time the site charge to her is different to the one I send, and she asks me to do it again. I have read that Airbnb charges for exchange changes and that might be part of the problem.  Is there anything that I can do so that the price we both agree she should pay is the one that appears on the site?

@Sarajane1  Your guest can use the button at the bottom of the map on the search page called 'language and currency'.  So she can choose to see the price of your listing in Euros.  Perhaps you just need to start again and forget the special offers.
