pricing per person

How can I set price per person? I have a big rural farm with lots of rooms.

Hello,

You have 1 listing for the total estate. It states: 4 guests, 4 rooms.

But in description is says: 10 rooms, 32 guests 

It also says there are multiple buildings.

Now up to 4 guest can book a room, then the listing is reserved.

i think you have to create more listings, one for each building (or even one for each room).
