Hi,

I am new to Airbnb. I have a 4 bedroom villa that can be rented as a 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms (people would not be sharing with someone else if they rent only a 2 bedroom for example). My price is different for 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms but it is also different depending on the season. How can I do that?  Any help would be so much aprreciated! Thanks a lot!

It's a lot easier to set your base price and add extra-person fees. But if you really want to charge per bedroom, you can set up three listings and link them:

Thank you for your help. I can add guests if it is easier. Can i also set a price for different months of the year?
