problems with listing and host

The property was advertised as entire flat, and the host host has locked one of the doors. Meaning two people who weren't expecting to share together were being forced to.

They are suggesting that we need to pay and extra 30 euros a night to unlock the door. Whereas it should be laready unlocked.

Also the shower hasn't been working correctly and is liable to flooding. We are also worried they will think it's malicious. We've got a video and photos to show what happened.

The host is quick to communicate but won't make any effort to come to an agreement.

hm... Is it by any chance written that the second room will be available only for higher price? Because some hosts do that but it has to be writen on their listing or communicated before booking.
