/progress/earnings functionality must be restored ASAP!

Just got off support call with Airbnb. Very frustrating!! Nothing but stonewalling. 

"The problem is being worked on"

When Airbnb has an outtage in their functionality that is as critical to the essential business operations of their hosts as this is... "The problem is being worked on" is NOT AN ANSWER.

Coming from a systems background I know this is a huge screwup on Airbnb's part. I urge all hosts to keep the pressure on and don't accept non-answers to critical problems. 

Message I now get from trying to access /progress/earnings is this:  "

Timed out while waiting on cache-den19637-DEN

Thanks @Jack36 this is a common issue for many, have a scan around here in CC using related keywords.

There Tech team needs a serious lot of help and cleaning out of incompetent ones.

Driving me absolutely insane. It has been going on for well over a week for me. I have reached out to Airbnb several times, no help, no resolution. Now my taxes are late because I can't access the page. It's beyond frustrating!!

Still an issue today. Everyone else too, I presume? Calling Airbnb again for about the 50th time, though likely a futile effort.

I've gotten that message, too, but I try again and the earnings page comes up.  I get the error message once in 10 times.  That is still too often!
