I have a potential guest who has a promotional code for $30 off, but I don't know where this is coming from?  We just listed our suite for rent and we already have it at a low rate, so we really do not feel like it needs to be discounted any further.  We put a sizable amount of money into renovating the space for rent, so we need to start recouping expenses before we discount.  Does anyone know if Airbnb is emailing discount codes and is there a way to reject them?

It would be between the guest and ABB, nothing to do with what you receive.

I believe the payment will not be affected your end, but it comes off Air's profit. Haven't had one myself, but I just read about it online. Correct me if I am wrong!

I had a guest who used one and it did not effect my pay out.
