"Code du Tourisme",how can i register for this in Nice ?

Hallo, how can i get the code du Tourisem, i live and work  in italy and, but have a small flat in nice that I rent all the time now with Airbnb, I already have 120 nights rented, as i have non residence there in Nice, what would you all advise me to do, How do i apply for the Code du tourism?  is it worth while doing this and do i pay the council 20% extra commission ? thanks
