"Update property type" not working

Airbnb changed my listings to be labeled as  "Hotel Room" . The UPDATE PROPERTY TYPE feature that showed up a few weeks ago  is not working and I get an error message.  I have tried it on a laptop, I-pad and phone, and I have cleared my browser cash. I have reported it and talked twice with Airbnb. Meanwhile potential guests do not see my rooms listed unless they search general or under Hotel. Is anyone else experiencing this problem? How difficult is it to fix a software glitch for such a large company?  Very frustrating!
