am host running a HOMESTAY in Kerala with 2 double rooms and quoted a rate of Rs.1,000/- per gust per night (BNB). Now I understand ARIBNB hasd booked 4 gusts for Mid-August and offered me a payment of Rs.683/- for the 4 guests for one neight with breakfast, which will not even cover the breakfast. What is to be done in this?

Your listing is not setup OK.
It is not priced per guest, but priced for the whole accomodation. Furthermore you offer a 20% special discount. I suggest your deactivate the listing temporary and make yourself more familiar with the Airbnb platform before activating it again.
Hope this helps,
Emiel

What shall I do to indicate that the price is per guest? It is quite usual 1 family of just 2 persons book one room (out of my 2 rooms offered for guests) and it is unfair to charge them the cost of all two rooms. e.g. if I had indicated my pricing as Rs.4,000/- (for the 2 double rooms) if a single person books will you be charging him Rs.4,000/-,
