Hi, I am an airbnb host and my first guess couldnt get to my apt due to a car accident so he gave me a 3 star raiting wich lowers my average by alot. Is it possible to remove his rating^

in this case you should contact Airbnb and let them know that the guest didn't stay in your place at all. hopefully they'll remove the review, next time try to contact them right away instead of months later, good luck!
