rebooking a cancellation

Hi,

I would like to cancel one guest since the price is incorrect. Can I rebook on those dates afterward?

Thank you for your answers!

If you cancel, the dates remain blocked as one of the penalties for host cancellation (look it up).

Go to your reservation, find the relevant one and choose "change or cancel" and then "change"

I'm having the same problem. Does your account ever just change prices randomly? We have fixed amount for each night (set throughout the year) and every once in a while it will change the price just on one day(usually all fridays) from $100 to $30. We have had a lot of people interested bc it's so cheap but then we have to let them down. It's so annoying! And happens constantly!

Check your availability/pricing settings, make sure there is no smart pricing involved.

Actually I am having one nighters in tonight who are paying AUD 50 less than anyone else ever had because that was the price which showed up. I assumed I must have fiddled with the pricing somehow and just let the booking happen, and hope it never happens again. But I really didn't want to message guests saying ''sorry but the price is actually 50 higher'' as it feels like bait. But I withheld providing wine, so some small saving there!

I've had the same probelm on Christmas Day, which I had priced at a high rate as we have family celebrations etc.  I then find an Instant Book at $50 cheaper, but I KNOW that I had increased over 3 weeks earlier. Very frustrating.
