received message from potential guest but zero views of my listing

I am new to Airbnb.  I received an enquiry from a potential guest with one positive review. When I checked on the views of my listing, I see zero view.  I feel a little confused that someone wanted to book my room without viewing my listing.  Anyone has any idea why this happened, or I need to be careful about this enquiry?

The views statistics are not up to (current) date, so you can not rely on that.
