Team feature not available

Hello, all of my superhost acc doesn't have the team feature. 

After countless calls with Airbnb, apparently it is said that existing accs with active listinglisti not have team feature .

The only way for me to get it is to delete all of my listings and the team tab will appear. 

Is this true ? How is this even happening? Ive read on a few threads here saying that they have team feature even on their existing acc. 

Can anyone point me into the right direction ? It's frustrating. I have all pro tools enabled but team feature is missing!

I have two new accounts without any listing and they have team tab right away.

Have you tried turning off your professional tools and then turning back on to see if that helps jolt the team tab in appearing?

Already did that . Airbnb suggested me to do that at first .Doesn't work either. 😞

Seems to me not a valid answer from CS.

You also can not "delete" your listings, only permanent deactivate (and not possible with upcoming reservations anyway).

Do you own more then 1 account ?

Do you have the multicalender available (another pro-tool) ?

Thanks for the reply. 

Sorry. What I meant was deactivated. And yes, I can't because of upcoming bookings. So the CS say currently it's not possible because of all that. 

I do own more than 1 acc. And I do have multi Calendar. 

I've also created new accounts and they do indeed have team tab right away after account creation. But existing account, according to CS, not possible unless I deactivate and reactivate listings .:( 

Seems weird to me. No idea how to solve this. Correct me if I'm wrong, but other hosts with existing listings and reservations do have team feature enabled right?

I have Team Tab available, it appeared automatically when feature was launched, on my existing account, with active listings and upcoming reservations.
