refund From Airbnb

I received an email from Airbnb stating a refund of $xxx was to be credited to my account on 8/82017. It is showing as a deduction at present

It stated it could take 5 working days to arrive and it is now 7.

How can I contact Airbnb. Have tried their help centre but nothing fits my problem and I don't have phone contact at moment.

The most effective way is Twitter unless it is an emergency then call but be prepared to hold unless you call very early in the morning.  Good luck

no info there appropriate.

am not on twitter....

will wait one more day and see what happens
