Not exactly sure of the question, but the answer is the Resolution Center. Google Airbnb Resolution Center. Airbnb rarely refunds their fees, though, so the guest will likely be charged for that.

Can you give them the difference back in cash when they stay with you? They probably won't see a dime from Airbnb.
