i had to cancel my trip because my flights were cancelled. i haven't had a refund from airbnb. the host hasn't received any money from them but i haven't received anything back. there are no options for contacting airbnb about this only the host.
@Crawford2 Were you entitled to a refund? What did the Airbnb site say when you cancelled? If you booked after March 14th, you would not have been entitled to a refund under the Extenuating Circumstances policy. If you've been told you're getting a refund, it can take 5-10 business days for it to be returned to your credit card.
