Hello,

Can you please move the review for the booking with the Confirmation code HMJ2SP3XCK.

I already had an support chat with Thomas. As excpect and promised by the guest, they left an false review because we didnt give them a refund. As you can see villa Mira is a populair villa that never before received a 1 star review. All other complains in the review are fabricated and not mentioned to us at all. Can you please remove the review as soon as possible as it is affecting future bookings. Thank you for your help,

@Nick92 this is a community forum for hosts and we can't remove anything. And I highly doubt that Airbnb will too. Do you have actual written proof that the review was because you didn't refund them? If you do, you should call Airbnb and communicate with them and try to work things out.
