remove a review

Hi,

I was hosting a Spain guest. They come with 3, nothing happen but their review was really bias. My home was clean when they come and they dont have any complain at the begining. Also when they leave . They use all our towel and mix up many things in our house and the AC still on. I want to remove the review because it was bias.

@Guest5 you can not remove the review if it doesn't violate the content policy. You can only respond keeping in mint that your response is for tge future guests. Keep it short and calm.
