report dishonest hosts?

why can't we warn potential renters about dishonest hosts? I just got totally screwed by a host, and there is nowhere but this community page to let others know to stay away from them. this will probably be the last time

i use Airbnb. there needs to be more accountability.

Major problems with host Goathote who seems to be National. They charged us for damages by a previous tenant, a damaged couch. We notified the owner early on, about the damaged couch and notified them also on the unsanitary conditions. Owner backstabbed us, at the conclusion of our trip, unethically requesting payment on the couch.

I need help please with a house which was advertised as meeting all Airbnb standards but was infested with cockroaches and spiders and had poor quality bed linen which looks like was bought from a second hand shop? Also the bathroom did not have a shower curtain and water was going everywhere in the bathroom and very dangerous. When I left I was charged for the shower hose which wasn’t working 100% on arrival . Water was coming out of the the tap and shower at the same time .
