Hi, I need help with what might be a technical issue on the air bnb site. 

I have guests who have booked with me in October

It stopped accepting my text in this box. 

My guest wants to book two extra nights on top of his original booking but air bnb won't let me accept his alteration request. Please help now. I believe it's a technical glitch.
